An adjacent formal sitting room serves as an idyllic extension of these gathering spaces, complemented by a wet bar with wine chiller and even more windows with a view.

While this house functions as single level living with all amenities on the main floor so as not to bother with unnecessary stairs, there is an additional bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and four queen bunk beds featuring a built-in staircase to easily reach the upper beds.
