Absolutely fantastic cabin. We went with 21 people with a mix of adults and kids and it was so perfect. All the kids loved the bunk room. All the master bedrooms were great. The kitchen had so much space and was stocked with everything. Also, there was so much parking as we took multiple trucks with all our off road vehicles. We did have some issues with the fridge staying cold but we learned to immediately shut it after pulling something out. The couch in the living room could use a clean on the edges as it’s white and obviously people are touching the sides and backs. Other than that, perfection. We are definitely returning to this location in the future. Oh and we loved how they provide some laundry pods and kitchen pods.

We had 10 adults and 9 kids and we all were very comfortable. The layout of the home and the amenities are great. We all had plenty of space and room to play. We stayed at the house most of the time we were in town, but it’s also convenient to surrounding shopping and entertainment if you want to get out and about. I would definitely stay again and I would recommend to others. My only complaint is the fridge. It’s an old Samsung that does not work well at all. The management is completely aware of the issues because there is a big note on the fridge that says “leave room between items to allow fridge to stay cold”. We all know that is not how a fridge works… it’s broke and should be fixed or replaced. Other than that it’s a 10 out of 10.

We had 14 family members gathered for 3 days for a celebration of life for my mother who passed away on November 28, 2025 at the incredible age of 104. There was a slideshow, music, memories, laughter and a sweet final goodbye with Scriptures and Hymns. The house was beautiful with many areas to gather in large or small groups. There were 5 King bedrooms with en suite baths which was perfect for our family. The "kids" room was not just 4 bunks, not just 8 bunks, but 12 beds aligned with 4 across and 3 up, which gave us flexibility not, knowing how many of the younger generation would be coming. The kitchen was especially well adapted to feeding a big group. The only change I would make would be to install a double oven - cooking a Thanksgiving turkey and the side dishes would be an issue in such a small oven.A big thank-you to Sweetwater Cabins and Vrbo for allowing us to create a special memory together in such lovely, lovely surroundings.

The Grand Getaway is my favorite 😍 cabin. I booked a month ago and invited a few family members. Decided to invite my two daughter's and granddaughters for a cabin bound weekend getaway this past weekend. My daughter Shannon lives in Frisco, TX and daughter Christy lives in Shreveport, LA. It was soo relaxing 😌 and no one wanted to leave. Shannon decided to leave late on Sunday, and we spent the afternoon visiting and cleaning the kitchen as though we were at home. She said mom we're doing too much, because we didn't make a mess. I smiled and said I absolutely love it here and can't explain the elevation that I get just being here. Don't hesitate, because you will not be disappointed. My husband walks in and yelled WE'RE BACK 😊.
