It was great! we stayed for two nights. When we arrived the instructions were helpful, the place was absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean. They had robes and our cabin was pet friendly. Great place for our dogs who enjoy nature, but the bed was so comfy that our lazy dogs had a great time. Only complaint was that the smoke detector reached its end of life at 2am the night before we left, it was pretty loud but we ended up sleeping anyways and honestly I would do it again even with the alarm. I loved it here much needed get away.

The property certainly met our expectations and was exactly what was advertised for a couple’s retreat. Very comfortable in a quiet setting and great location to all that Hochatown has to offer. We will definitely plan a return stay at the Birdhouse in the near future.
